We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Handmade with Care:
Each of our artisan teaware and glassware items are handcrafted and hand painted, which means you may notice some slight variations - every piece is unique and this is what makes them special! Due to the delicate nature of the craftsmanship, they also need to be handled with gentle care.
Our products must be hand washed and cannot be put through the dishwasher. They are not microwable. However, if your item arrives damaged, scratched, cracked, or faulty and it has not been used, we’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you receive a Faulty Product:
If you need to return a faulty product you have received that was purchased directly from our online store:
- Make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with the packaging intact.
- Simply email us at customersupport@cristinare.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the product. We’ll get back to you asap with the next steps.
Refunds:
As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take 5-10 business days to appear.
Please note: We can’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind, and sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they’re faulty.
Have you purchased from Another Retailer?
If you purchased your item from one of our authorised stockists, please reach out to them directly for returns or exchanges. We will only provide refunds if you have directly purchased from our online store.
