RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! 

 

Handmade with Love: 

Each of our artisan teaware and glassware items is handcrafted, which means you may notice some slight variations - this is part of what makes them unique and special! Due to the delicate nature of the craftsmanship, they also need to be handled with care. 

 

However, if your item arrives damaged, scratched, cracked, or faulty and it has not been used, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement. 

 

How to Return or Exchange: 

If you need to return or exchange something, here’s what to do: 

  1. Make sure the item was purchased from our online store at cristinare.com and that it’s within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  1. The item should be unused, in its original condition, and with the packaging intact. 
  1. Simply email us at customersupport@cristinare.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the product. We’ll get back to you asap with the next steps. 

 

Returning Your Product: 

Once we approve your return or exchange, you’ll need to send the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we don’t want anything to go missing in the mail! 

  • If your product is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. 
  • If you’re requesting an exchange, return shipping will be at your cost unless the item is faulty. 

 

Refunds and Exchanges: 

As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take 5-10 business days to appear. 

 

Please note: We can’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind, and sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they’re faulty.
