We value your business and hope that you are happy with your purchase of Cristina Re products. As the products are individually made by hand, from time to time slight variations may occur. We will offer a refund if your items are visibly damaged in transit, scratched, cracked or faulty. In order to process your claim please email customersupport@cristinare.com with your full name, contact phone and order number as well as a photograph of your faulty product so we can process your request.

Exchange of goods can be accepted for items as long as they have been purchased directly from our online store at www.cristinare.com and returned within 30 days of purchase. Goods must not be used or damaged. If your items were purchased from an authorised Cristina Re stockist, they must be returned to the place of purchase. Please note unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund if you simply change your mind.

We encourage customers to use a traceable method when returning your products – we will be unable to process your claim if the product has not been received by us for inspection.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
