We value your business and hope that you are happy with your purchase. As our products are individually made by hand, from time to time slight variations may occur. We will offer a refund if your items are visibly damaged in transit, scratched, cracked or faulty. Refunds and exchanges can be requested for garments in case of sizing issues. In order to process your claim please email email@example.com with your full name, contact phone and order number, as well as a photograph of your faulty product so we can process your request.
Exchange of goods can be accepted for items as long as they have been purchased directly from our online store at www.cristinare.com, are returned within 30 days of purchase, and meet the eligibility criteria:
- Cristina Re Items must not be used or damaged
- If an items of clothing has been purchased, garments must be unworn and in their original condition
- If an items of clothing has been purchased, garments with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
If your items were purchased from an authorised Cristina Re stockist, they must be returned to the place of purchase. Please note unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund if you simply change your mind.
When we receive your request, we will email you with the next steps. We cannot be responsible for lost parcels, so we encourage you to use a traceable method when returning your products. We will be unable to process your claim if the product has not been received by us for inspection.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
